Преобразившиеся в яркие наряды улицы города, сверкающие витрины магазинов, заполненные сувенирами и елочными игрушками, рождественская выпечка, красиво оформленные подарки – с каждым днем все больше и больше ощущается приближение новогодних праздников, а с ними и желание быстрее попасть в эту зимнюю сказку.

И вот уже 12 декабря у вас будет возможность ощутить атмосферу Рождества, Нового года, а также подготовить сладкие подарки своим любимым и близким.
Мастер-класс «Рождественская выпечка» от специалистов Академии хлебопечения НИИХП не позволит вам:

• пропустить подготовку к самым волшебным праздникам в году;
• скучать;
• уйти без «вкусных» рецептов;
• не попробовать «на вкус» рождественское настроение.

В программе мастер-класса:

• «Пряничный домик». Технология приготовления теста, создание форм для объемной пряничной композиции, выпекание заготовок, сборка домика, украшение сахарной глазурью;
• «Имбирное печенье». Технология приготовления теста, создание фантазийных форм, выпекание печенья, украшение изделий сахарной глазурью;
• «Английский рождественский кекс» – необыкновенно ароматный и вкусный кекс с сухофруктами. Приготовление теста, распределение его по формам, выпекание, украшение меренгой.
